About the Practice

Supported Through Every Trimester

Our Prenatal Yoga classes are designed and paced specifically for pregnancy, with modifications for each trimester. Sessions combine gentle stretching, pelvic floor and breath work, and relaxation techniques that can support labour and delivery, always guided by an instructor experienced in prenatal care. Please consult your doctor before starting any new exercise programme during pregnancy.
